Thank you for providing your store URL. I have added you to the feature request.
@Mike_L1, I understand your frustration. With feature requests, our development team pay attention to the number of people who have requested the same thing as well as the impact it's having on businesses. They use that to determine urgency when they are establishing the next features we will work on. I can't discuss the details of each feature request publicly but any time new features are launched, we publish them in our Changelog. You may want to bookmark that page for updates.
Please add us to the list for this function, this is very much needed and paying $15/month for this function is way to high for as simple as this function should be. Especially since the POS already has saved carts. It makes no sense that there are TWO types of draft orders one for the back of house system and one for the POS.
I'm happy to add you to the feature request. Please provide your store URL to enable me to do that.
Hi Shopify crew
Yesss please, how come the draft order that was send as a price offer is'nt safed on the POS drafts?
I can only find the draft orders again in the backoffice.... BUT problem is if i make it an invoice I can't select cash or card payements anymore in the POS!
It's such a problem.... Please help
I wholeheartedly agree. This is a feature that is needed within Shopify POS. I've taken all the feedback from this thread and improved our existing app on the Shopify App Store called "Custom And Draft Orders For POS".
We've built it so that you can now:
- Access all of your Draft Orders directly within POS
- Create new Draft Orders directly within POS
- Add a Draft Order to your cart so you can checkout and process a customer
- Search through Draft Orders
- Add custom workflow/draft order statuses to your Draft Order
- Create custom services and products in your Draft Order (think of things like jewelry or bike repairs)
- And more

Time for the 2 year check in! Any update on a timeline for this feature? The need is clear and with “POS Pro” at $89/mo I’m stunned we’re still going after this. I appreciate developers jumping in but I think we can all agree $15/mo is insane for what it is.
Thanks again, hopefully not see you next year for our 3rd annual..
