I had a customer today who received 3 emails for purchases with only 1 being theirs. I can work with someone to get this figured out as this is a bug and very confusing to the customer.
Sorry that this happened. Can you please:
1) Click the avatar in the right-hand corner of the POS app
2) Click "Need Help?"
3) Submit an error report and reference the order number.
This will help us track the issue and determine exactly what is going on.
