My last 7 days's sales are off.  They differ from the last 7 days in the reports section.  How do i fix this?

It's over by $hundreds...

Have you submitted a support ticket with my team? We'd love to get to the bottom of this for you!

I'd also like to point out this document about reports, as it outlines exactly what is/isn't included in each of the reports and might offer you some insight into what's going on. Some reports don't take refunds/partial payments into consideration, so that might cause those numbers to look skewed.

Hi Andrea,

I realized that last 7 days actually ALWAYS calculate last 8 days - I don't know how to fix this, but it always goes Monday to Monday, which is 8, not 7.  I have to manually recalculate May 11 - May 17 everytime I want weekly gross sales.  I have looked but can't find a section where I can 'define' last 7 days (which is a bit ridiculous!)

What do you think?
