is there a way to disable email notifications of a POS sale? We need notifications sent to email accounts now for online but not for POS - we would end up with too many emails! but I cannot see where to switch this off!
I'm having the same issue above- I don't want an order notification email for all my POS sales, just need the online ones. But that link you posted seems to be getting redirected to a different page. Can you please provide the updated link?
Yes, log in to your Shopify admin, go to 'Settings' and 'Notifications' scroll down to 'Staff Order Notifications'. Click 'Add Recipient' choose the staff account you want to get notified, or an email address you want the notification to go to and *in the 'Location' dropdown box choose 'web' and that will only send you notifications of online sales and not POS sales. *
I'f you're already getting emails for every transaction, you'll also want to delete or disable the previous notifications you'd set up with the location as 'all'.
