Error when trying to issue a refund.

Hi

The Refund option in our POS has been working fine but when I went to process a refund today the following error popped up when I tapped the Refund button;

"A network connection is required to refund an order."

Are you able to help?

Hey Jenny!

The error implies that the connection to either our server or the internet is out when you tap the refund button. Do you usually use wifi or data when using the POS?

Have you tried restarting the whole iPad unit and then trying the refund again? Let me know, I'd like to get to the bottom of this. :)

By keeping it updated you mean (i) deleting the app and re-installing it or (ii) simply opening app store and asking it find updates of all apps?

Thanks, we use a wifi connection for our POS. The problem has resolved just now but I will also update our app.
