Hey Shopify please fix: "Email has already been taken"

We have a web store and retail store.  We sell furniture. (Modernbungalow.com) Customers will come into our store to make a purchase, and we will fill out all the information and we get this message. Now we either have to exit everything and find the email, then add the name, address and phone to that email address. 

 

How about instead of "Dismiss" is says "Use this record?" and it pulls up that detail?  

Or better yet, merge the info we just filled out to any empty places on the email record.
