One of our ipads updated overnight and we're on the pro version. How do we downgrade to the classic? We want to see if we can make do with the classic or need the pro? Like many others we're also considering switching and would like the heads up also if we need to switch POS entirely.

We are a jewelry store, we do layaways, Repairs, Special orders, We would like our customer to be to shop online as well as in-store seamlessly. We have a loyal customer base that we want to create a better shopping experience for. The other POS that we are looking at is Lightspeed. Any insight would be helpful.
These are all the steps that you need to follow to get it done.
PLEASE NOTE that you MUST switch apps on EVERY DEVICE that you have logged in. After you have switch apps, the Shopify POS pro app will close on the device that you're using. When you open the POS Classic app, you need to log in again.
