Looking to power my Pizza Restaurant on Shopify

We're looking to open a Pizza Restaurant in our town and want to power it with Shopify.

Specifically, I would like to be able to accept online and in-store POS orders. The system needs to be able to accept customization options, such as adding/removing toppings, asking for specific cooking directions, etc.

Is this possible to do using Shopify and/or using a third party app?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
