Multiple registers in one location

sorry if I am repeating another post, but I didn't see a specific response to what I was looking for. 

I have a retail location that I use shopify POS at, and would like to have two different registers in the store using the same backend. I understand I could assign each iPad their own "location", but is there a way to have each with their own sales/totals for the day? Is that something I would have to upgrade in reports?

Hi Bruce,

You may want to give a try to our app Better Reports.

It is able to break down sales by POS location so I believe it should fit your needs.

It is very flexible so you'd be able to segment your sales any way you need.

For example:

• Total sales per location
• Monthly sales per location
• Monthly sales per location per product

etc...

Better Reports is now able to segment transactions per device id, which means that you can view total of sales per register.
