Needed Features

I'm getting very frustrated and about to give up on Shopify.  My primary use is for the POS.

• I need to be able to add serial numbers for items sold.  This would be a line item note or addition to description.
• I need to be able to add to line item descriptions.
• I need to have variable/editable pricing and fractional pricing.
• I need to be able to place a ticket on hold and be able to add to and edit the ticket when returning to it.
• I need to see "Compare To Price" (for me that is MSRP) in the POS screen, have it print on the receipt and labels.

Perhaps you should have a look at Smartvendor POS. Fully integrated with shopify and feature packed.

No.  I use iPads and Macs.  I do not want yet another platform.  I want Shopify to add the necessary features.  And I would love a response from someone at Shopify.  Their silence is deafening.
