ORDER DOES NOT SYNC

I have 1 order that simply refuses to synchronise. Internet connection is good, managed to put in more orders which sync well too. Only 1 stubborn order. Please help.

Are you referring to a POS order not syncing to your Orders in your admin?

If it's regarding an app, you can contact the app developer to help trouble-shoot, but if it's something within Shopify we can certainly investigate further. Let me know and we can move this to email so we can discuss the details regarding your order.
