OVER Shopify and their lack of knowledge and support of their own product.

For months we have been having issue after issue and EVERY SINGLE time I reach out to someone I get someone at Shopify who has no knowledge of their POS system. Most recently I contacted them because things were not publishing at the scheduled date/time. Its been a week since I got a reply from someone and the issue has yet to be resolved. We are officially looking for a new provider for this service. SAD that this system has so much potential but nobody seems to have a clue how to run it or fix things!
