POS App NOT PROCESSING SALES

Our POS APP has basically stopped working due to being unable to process a sale.

 

We're just getting this message saying "Slow Connection" - unable to process sale.  We have to close the app completely and then go back in to print a receipt.

Has anyone else experienced this? It's definitely related to the latest updates - our connection speed is the same as it always was.

Yes. This has been happening to us lately too. Shopify support hasn't been very helpful on this front so far...

Also having this issue. These issues with the POS App are getting so bad that we are seriously considering leaving Shopify

Don't use the pin pad card reader then John  it's awful
