POS Loyalty System/Gift Cards using credit card type swipe cards

Has anyone managed to find an App or any way to accept physical swipe cards for a Loyalty Programme and for Gift Cards that integrates with POS and Card reader? I really want to be able to offer customers a physical loyalty card so they remember about the programme! And also wasnt to get rid of the paper Gift Cards we are using at present.
