MOST POS refunds do not work in POS.
For nearly a week now we haven't been able to do most refunds vai the POS interface.
We are having to load up the main shopify /admin area to process these refunds which is a huge blocker for staff and also really bad for our customers as no receipt is printed.
When will this finally be fixed?
Is anyone else suffering this misery?
Shopify please tell us when this will be fixed.
