POS Staff options not showing in Settings

I have the Shopify plan ($79 mo) and should have access to add unlimited Staff members and set PIN's  per the instructions on link below but I don't have even have the Staff option in my Settings? Is there a way to turn this on or is this a bug with my account?

Nick here from Shopify. 

 

Can I ask what device you are viewing your settings on? The reason I ask is that the Staff screen for Shopify POS is available only if you're on the Shopify plan or higher and using an iPad. You can't view Shopify POS staff settings on iPhone or Android. You can see the helpful guide Shopify has on this here

I'm wondering if this could be why it's not showing up for you. If you are viewing the settings on an iPad and on the Shopify plan or higher, then we will need to take a closer look as to why it's not showing up for you.

I am also experiencing this issue and I am on a shopify plan and using an Ipad. 
It's also running with the latest updates. 
I've adhered to all the requirements but still cannot see the staff options. 
My only theory is that its because I'm using it in Australia?

Help with this is appreciated.

Hi @helpwanted,

 

That sounds strange for sure. The POS channel in the Shopify admin has a new Staff section, where all of the staff roles and permissions are assigned to POS-only staff and admin staff. Names, emails, PINs, and POS roles can all be changed from this section, then click Add staff to add a new POS-only staff member. Can you just double-check this here and let me know, please?

 

Something else to note here is that POS Staff names and emails can still be edited from Settings > Account > Accounts & permissions > POS-only staff. Roles and permissions cannot be edited from here.

I just dont have those options. I go to settings > plans & permissions > add staff account. And then when I do, as shown in the picture, I dont have a POS only, or set a pin etc.

I spoke to a member of the Shopify Retail team about this. They mentioned you would need to follow the steps as seen below in the screenshot:

There is a note at the top of the Shopify help guide for this (which you can see here), saying it's not possible to see or add these settings from an iPhone or Android device, meaning it must be done on an iPad only
