POS for Switzerland

Dear Shopify Forum

Have a few questions before i start with Shopify.

I have a physical store in Switzerland where i would like to add a complete Shopify POS System with a Webshop.

Is there a function for Customer Relationship Management CRM?
What about ERP, to analyse sales and more?

Can i get all this hardware for POS from Shopify?

• iPads
• Cash Register
• Creditcard Reader
• Bar Code Reader/Scanner
• Bar Code Printer
• Receive Printer

I'm happy to hear about your interest in Shopify. With the POS app and the Shopify admin, there are many reports available to help you to see and understand how your customers interact with your store built into the Shopify admin. We also integrate with Google Analytics so you can see this information in more detail.

You can also see a complete list of the reports we have and what they include here.

You can certainly use all of that equipment with Shopify, though I'm afraid that we currently do not ship to Switzerland. You would need to buy your equipment elsewhere, but we have a list of all the equipment that we support and their model numbers here.

Don`t know about hardware, but in case of soft - there is one free CRM/ERP called EasyERP. It deals well with all that CRM and ERP issues. Soon there will be complete Shopify integration available. Here is it`s web page https://easyerp.com/ . Hope this will be usefull

Hallo, kurze Frage: Hast Du eine Lösung für Shopify POS in der Schweiz gefunden. Suche derzeit eine Lösung, um mit Shopify POS Zahlungen im Laden via Kartengeräte entgegennehmen zu können.

Hi Thibaud, danke für dein Feedback. Wir arbeiten schon mit SumupLeider auch keine Schnittstelle zu Shopify POS...

Hi Zusammen

Shopify POS funtioniert auch super mit wallee. Wallee bietet zudem die Möglichkeit Zahlungen über Shopify online abzuwickeln (https://wallee.com/features/shopify.html). 

Wenn ihr zudem noch die EC Terminals von wallee verwendet (https://wallee.com/terminal-point-of-sale.html) dann habt ihr den Vorteil, dass ihr TWINT und Postkarte akzeptieren könnt (geht bei Sumup nicht) und alle Transaktionen erscheinen direkt in wallee.

Did you choose Shopify as POS for your store in Switzerland? We're also evaluating different possibilities and we're not sure if Shopify is really the right choice for us. E.g. how do you handle the daily register closure and cash balance?

Habt ihr da eine Lösung gefunden? Wir sind zurzeit nämlich auch auf der Suche? Oder habt ihr einen Vorschlag, wie die Zahlung ohne integriertes EC-Gerät verbucht werden kann?
