For the last few days, we’ve had an issue with barcode scanning.
When we scan a product using our 1D Socket barcode scanners, the quantity is set at 2 instead of 1.
It’s been intermittent, but currently is happening with every product at one of our locations, and our second location everything is working fine.
Closing the app / restarting iPad and scanner is making no difference.
