Returns from multiple receipts

Has anyone figured out a work flow to accept returns from multiple receipts? Similarly, has anyone figured out how to accept returns without a receipt or when you can't locate the original order? (please don't tell me that it's a bad practice; I still have circumstances and customers for which I need to do this.)

Did you ever get an answer or know the answer by now? Same problem here.... So weird not to be able to make a return without receipt/finding order.

Hi @hstb 

ConnectPOS is a POS system that supports Refund and Exchange features. 

ConnectPOS allows issuing refunds as long as the order is available in Shopify orders. Customers will need to tell the cashier about the order number/date of the order/items sold. Then cashiers will search for the orders in POS and issue a refund.
Refunds for multiple receipts are not yet supported.

This is the same as what shopify provides and we all need to be able to
return or exchange WITHOUT receipt or info from customer. Unbelievable that
this is even still a thing in 2021....

You ALWAYS should be able to refund or exchange without receipt because
sometimes the customer lost it, bought cash and is not in the system...
