We have several products that are already heavily discounted. However if you lookup the item in POS, it only shows the discounted price. We cannot give additional discounts on those items but it happens constantly since we won't know from the price in the cart. There are several easy options to fix that:
- Show the price in red, indicating it is discounted
- Show a red dot on the small product picture
- Like on the website, show the original price (strikethrough) as well
The easiest solution would be 1). Is that possible to configure?
