Selling gift cards on new POS for Android

Hi,

My Android phone recently got the updated POS which looks more like the POS we've been using on our iPad. 

Although the iPad is the primary tool we use for checkout, the phone is a backup and can be used when another customer is being checked out on the iPad.

When selling a gift card on the iPad, after selecting the gift card product, a scan window opens up and we can scan the QR code of the card we will sell, which is then loaded with the amount of the gift card purchase.

However, when checking out a GC on the Android, no option pops up to input a specific code. This makes it near impossible to sell a physical gift card using the Android POS.

Am I missing something, or is there an easy workaround? (I can think of a few more complicated workarounds, but I would like a quicker one.)

I was on beta. Now that I installed the regular version of the app, it works.
