I am really sorry to hear that isn't pairing for you, and it sounds like you have been troubleshooting this like crazy!
I just wanted to check in and confirm with you that the bluetooth is turned on in your iPad settings as well? Thats what helps the app see the paired scanner. If you have and it hasn't helped, let me know and we'll investigate this more together.
