Has anyone ever run into an issue where sometimes the Shopify POS app locks the top of the screen? Sometimes after I do a sale or unlock the tablet I am unable to click the menu buttons or the search field, but I am able to drag down the menu on the IOS at the top of the screen. Any idea why this is?

I'm getting the same issue as well and am currently setting up this shop for a client. This seems to occur after every order.
If this is a long-standing bug then I'm not going to put my client onto Shopify POS - too annoying I have to close the app each time to be able to access all the features properly.
