Shopify Pos not syncing

Hi there - we used Shopify POS on an iPad mini on the weekend and now have several orders that have not synced with the web. New ones are syncing fine and online orders are downloading on to the device but I can't get a handful to sync to the web. App is up to date. I've flagged with support who refered the issue on but am still waiting for a response.

I've seen a few mentions of this issue but not been able to find a resolution. 

Anybody had this problem and been able to resolve?

Hey Tim,

I've been reviewing your ticket with the team. POS version 3.4.1 was released a few days which included additional validations for shipping addresses that should alleviate the main cause of these sync errors.
