The Socket Scanner S740 will sometimes scan some of the items I sell in the store. Then it will, seemingly with no outside change, flip and the item will not scan and throw the "Barcode not recognized" error on the same item it could previously scan.
The 2nd terminal I have, using a second scanner, will find all the items that I sell.
I am using the most recent update of the POS app and my iPad Pro 12.9 is running the most recent IOS.
I have re-set the scanner to the factory default settings by both the physical and software means. I have also removed the scanner from the ipad bluetooth and re-added it both through the Shopify App and through the iPad itself.
Anyone ever have a similar problem and have a solution?
