Can you try selecting the option to log in with browser? Rather than to try this on a mobile device, to see if you can bypass this message?
Based on the two screenshots you have sent I am not seeing a major reason as to why the store is not opening, but I can follow up on this if opening using a browser does not allow you to access the store.
