Unable to contact support, need Carrier Calculated Rates added

Hi

 

I am trying to get Carrier Calculated Rates added to my store and unable to contact support as it is busy. I have purchased the basic plan for the 12 months but this feature is still not working. Can you let me know who I will need to contact to get this started.

Our support will always need to activate Carrier Calculated Shipping unless you are on the Advanced Shopify Plan

Hi! Same issue here – have a Shopify Plan (the medium one) set for annual but need to add Carrier-calculated Shipping. Cannot contact support. Thank you!

I too need my Carrier Calculated Rates activated so I can set up Advanced Shipping Rules. I have a basic plan that I pay annually.

Hi Elle,
I’m getting this error in the Advanced Shipping Rules window. I am able to select Use Carrier Calculated Rates when I add a rate in my Shipping Settings window but in the Advance Shipping Rules app I’m seeing this alert and cannot go any further with setting up the app because of this alert in Shopify.
Please advise how to fix this issue:
