Returns and Excahnges are a BASIC funtion of a brick and mortar.

C'mon guys! How about a legitimate update about when this will happen without just a workaround bandaid.
Logistically there are no current workaround that handle all aspects appropriately from an accounting/logistics/inventory standpoint.
an ability to apply a negative count at checkout would be so amazing.
