We already have the Email notification setting set-up on our system but this can take 10 mins before the email comes through. This has resulting in a last of item being sold via POS from the actual shop before staff have noticed the website order for the same item. This item is then sold out and we are unable to fullfill the website order.
Is there any way that you can have a notification appear on the POS screen (and stays until the order has been fulfilled) to notify staff that there is a website order to fulfill? Something similar to the Blue Dot that appears next to the Orders link in the Admin.
