There can be a variety of reasons why your account would be put on hold. In most cases, you would receive an email as to why the account was put on hold, however since its the weekend this may be the reason why there has been a delay in getting this information over to you.
In order for us to look into the account, we would need you to contact us via Chat/Phone/Email so we can get this escalated to our Business Operations team. They will be able to look into the account and get this resolved for you!
