Ok I submitted 2 emails with this and still have 0 response. I have the latest os and the latest app version and it says unknown card reader and it doesnt work in the app. I was told 24 hours you guys will get back to me, and still NO updates at all. I think you guys encrypted it wrong and its incorrect. Its supposed to be working since you guys sell it on your site. Why does it NOT work at all
