Vincent here from Shopify!
The "www" part of your domain is a subdomain that will normally be automatically accessible for visitors if you have set the settings for your "main" domain to point to Shopify following the steps in this help-guide (click here), which I believe you have done already.
When this doesn't work, it is usually because separate settings have been applied to the subdomain in the admin of the domain provider, which means that the settings that have been applied to the main domain are not applied automatically to the subdomain as well. When you do the following, you should be able to connect your subdomain to Shopify as well:
1. In the admin of your domain provider, make sure that the same settings that have been applied to the main domain, are applied to the subdomain as well (the support of your domain provider will be able to help with this if necessary)
2. Once that is done, connect your subdomain in your Shopify admin, following the steps in this help-document (click here).
If, after changing these settings, the "www" subdomain still doesn't redirect to your store correctly, I would advise reaching out to our support team directly (click here); we will then be able to check the settings for your store in your Shopify admin. If you want, I can also send you a pm and check the settings of your store myself.
I hope the above solves the problem for you!
What may be good to know: these forums are the Dutch forums, so you can post here in Dutch if you want. Our support team also has Dutch people to help you by email, so if you want you can write them in Dutch as well :)
