Shipping address is not always the default address

Hi,

 

We have built a mobile app providing ecommerce experience to end users. In the app, we allow the user to add / change default address via store front API. However, we found sometimes the shipping address at checkout didn't change after we had changed the default address.

 

Just wanted to confirm if we do something wrong and how we can fix that? The goal is that we want to allow users to add / set delivery address and will use that for later checkout.

 

I found a similar question here and didn't have an answer.
