ADD TO CART unavailable for customers

HI,

I have customers wanting to order but when they login the add to cart option is unavailable.

When I login with my account its all good.

Please help :)

Bo here from Shopify Support! 

 

When I visited your store I was unable to see an "Add to Cart" button prior to having a customer account and so, I made a customer account. This issue persisted after logging in with my account so I tried it in incognito mode also - same issue. I'd like to troubleshoot some more so I am going to ask a series of questions:

  • Do you have a customization in place to hide the add to cart button when someone does not have a customer account?
  • If so, is this being powered by an app or a theme customization?
  • When did this issue occur? 
  • What theme are you using? 
  • Did you make any code edits to the theme recently or add any new apps? 

I would recommend rolling back the product template file in your theme to a previous version to see if a recent edit caused this button to disappear. You can do so as per this guide.

Thanks for the reply.
Yes I work with the add-on Locksmith.
I need this as I only want to show prices when they are logged in.
Locksmith helped me to get the codes in place.
Only found out about the issue this week as my shop just opened this week.
I use the Debut theme.
