Add a liquid object to a URL

Hi!

I'm trying to add a dynamic liquid object to the end of a URL, and I'm not sure if it's possible.

I want to put a link to a partner site (Thinkific) on the "Thank You" page after a purchase that customers can click on, which will include their email as an identifier on the end.

So the link would ideally look something like this:

https://ascensionpress.thinkific.com/users/express_signin?email={{checkout.email}}

I need to pass the email over so Thinkific knows whether or not the person already has an account with them.

This is what I have so far. The part that says "Contact.Email" is where I'm hoping to put the person's email

 <!-- Thinkific items -->
{% for line in line_items %}
    {% for tag in line.product.tags %}
      {% if tag == 'thinkific' %}
        Thank you for your purchase! A separate email has been sent with a link to your videos. <b>You will need an account with our partner Thinkific to access the videos.</b> If you do not have an account, you will be prompted to create one. This is free and only needs to be done once. <a href="https://ascensionpress.thinkific.com/users/express_signin?email=~Contact.Email~"> You can access your videos right here</a>
      {% endif %}
    {% endfor %}
  {% endfor %}
<!-- End Thinkific items -->

I'm new to this, thank you for your help!

Figured it out thanks to Shopify Plus support!

The answer was to make the link like this:

https://ascensionpress.thinkific.com/users/express_signin?email={{checkout.email}}
