Add logo image to Announcement in Simple Theme

I would like to add my logo inside the announcement in the Simple Theme. I found a response on how to do it in the Brooklyn theme but it didn't work for me. I tried putting the logo in the upper left corner of the Header, and the announcement bar next to it, but if I resize the screen to make it smaller part of the announcement message is covered by the logo. Could someone please tell me how to put the logo inside the announcement? Or else how to keep the announcement from being covered by the logo?

P.S. - I think I just need to right align the announcement bar. Can someone tell me how to do that?

Thanks, but the message I got from Shopify told me that responding to emails is not supported by Shopify. And it wouldn't help anyone else, either. Could you please just let me know on this forum how to do it? Thanks,
