Add to cart button not working on some devices (debut theme)

Hello,

Add to cart button is not working on android mobile devices. When a person tries to click it there is a probelem as shown on the picture below (It highlights the whole area in blue). Any ideas why this is happening? Thank you in advance!

Last day I fixed same issue in another store .
There issue was JS which prevent add to cart on mobile.
And to fix it I have to fix that manually check the code and now its working fine.

Hi all, i need a help regarding my add to cart button

i am using booster theme right now, when i am trying to use add to cart button in mobile version it is not working and buy with pay-pal also is not working any fast help is really appreciated loosing my customers because of this issues. Please help.

It's working on all Android devices that I tested. We'll need further information to be able to reproduce the bug and assist you.

1. Which version of Android was it?
2. Which Android browser was it?
3. What product page was it?

Hi Diego,

Yes it is working because i removed the dynamic checkout button from the product page that is why it is working. But if we turn on the dynamic checkout button it  is not working in both mobile version and desktop version.

You mentioned that you're losing customers because of a bug, if that is the case, install a fresh copy of the same theme you're using and leave the other one offline until you can get it fixed.

I have the same problem with the Booster theme on mobile, but what do you mean with JS?

JS = Javascript, a programming language. 

90% of the times It's a Javascript related issue, which requires the intervention of a developer to diagnose and solve the issue.
Usually this happens when bad code is injected from an installed app.
