Adding 4th option to products

Hi new here still on 14 days trial..

Does anyone know if someone posted the code to add a 4th option to a product? 

I explored thoroughly the app store but none of the apps meet my requirements. Just really looking at adding a 4th option only with variants that integrates with the basic template design.

Anyone anywhere? tnx

That is not possible unless you use an app. I have seen a page using this:
