Adding Image to Checkout

Hi,

Is it possible to add an image to this red part (see image) upon successful checkout? Would like to add a QR code here.

Not exactly, but as close as you will get is by adding a small script inside the Additional Scripts sections over at Settings > Checkout. Here's a guide on how to add a content box there: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/orders/status-tracking/customize-order-status/order-status-javasc...

From there you can probably use a JS QR generator (such as this one: https://davidshimjs.github.io/qrcodejs/ ) to create a QR code inside the page.
