Payments in monthly installments are very common in my market and they are enabled in my store through Pay plus.
Problem is, when a costumer pays in monthly installments, it is not mentioned anywhere on the confirmation Email they get. This causes stress to costumers who contact us anxiously, thinking the installments did not register in the system (which they do)
I've spoken to Payplus and they said they do send shopify this info, so please, how can I make it appear on the order confirmation Email?
@dermaglam Unless the emails are from Payplus directly or a third party app, the confirmation emails from shopify are from the notification templates and those are what you need to modify.
If the emails are from Payplus to the customer then only Payplus can assit you as they are the sender.

But you need a gateway/installments processor system to work, like Klarna , Afterpay, Square, Four, Splitit, Affirm, Sezzle, QuadPay and others.
The Parcelamento - Installments app works with all of them if you don't charge interest.
