How can I add a product to a new collection?

Hi, so I created a new collection and I’m trying to add product to this collection however it is not giving me the option to add once I edit. I’ve tried doing the “starts with “blah blah” and input the product name, still not working. How do I take a product from one collection and put it into another? Please help! This is extremely frustrating ☹️

1. From your Shopify admin, go to Products > Collections.

2. Click the name of the collection that you want to add products to.

3. In the Products section, search for products or click Browse, and then add the products that you want to have in the collection.

It is easier to set up automatic collections where you simply add a tag to each product and it will automatically get added to a collection you have already set up: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/products/collections/automated-collections
