BOLD app won't open in Safari

Hi there,

As stated above, I can't get the BOLD app to open in Safari in a regular window. 

It works in a private window, and it works in Chrome, but I would prefer to not login every time, or switch back and forth between browsers. 

I've tried deleting the cache, cookies, and history but that doesn't seem to have any effect.

Same with me - asks me to login so put URL in to store but then just loops back round. Works in Edge/Firefox/Chrome but not Safari.
