Browser cache issue

I have a new shopify store. I pointed the DNS of my domain to shopify yesterday.

When I go to it with my iphone I have no issues. My new shopify site displays.

When I go to it with my PC (windows) I still see my old wordpress site.

I have cleared my browser cache several times and restarted my PC, but I still get my old wordpress site.

 

Any suggestions please?

Hi, @aucourant 

It's possible that the DNS records were not fully provisioned, which is why you were still able to see your old site. It can take up to 48 hours for your custom domain to point to your Shopify store. 

Can you please share your store's domain so I can look into the DNS records to ensure they're correct?

It must be a cache issue because when I use a proxy server I see my shopify site.

Really weird, not sure what to do.

Also just noticed this

With my phone if I am connected to my home Network I see my shopify site

With my phone if I am connected to my providers 4G internet I see old wordpress site.

I have an Iphone, I have cleared my browser cache in it also

I checked out the records on your domain and they are set up correctly. There are also no extra records on your domain. 

It's probable that the domain was not fully set up yet, as it can take up to 48 hours. 

Can you please let me know if you continue to experience this after 48 hours has passed?
