Buy Now/ Add to Cart Buttons

I'm surprised I didn't find any posts asking about this.  I am building a store for a client with 6 Collections.  Only of these Collections will be available for sale online right now, with the rest directing the user to retail stores.  I am looking to hide the Buy Now/ Add to Cart Buttons for 5 of the six collections, while having it appear on only the one.

To do this, I assume I would need to duplicate the "collection-template.liquid" file and remove these buttons and then apply the edited file only the one collection?  Does anyone have any insight on this?
