CSS files not rendering in theme preview

Hello,

My store is miravel.com and we've been developing a customer portal for subscription products on the customers/account.liquid theme file. The CSS that is linked to this liquid file is the customers_account.css file. However, this morning when we checked our theme preview, the CSS was not loading in the preview and it was just showing HTML. We have not made any changes to any of the files, and are not sure of how to fix this problem. Another issue is that this problem only shows up on certain themes. For example, theme A would have this broken theme where the CSS would not be rendered, but another theme B would have all the correct designs previewed.

Below, I have attached two screenshots, the original customer portal with the CSS linked, and the other one is a screenshot of the broken theme file. Is there anything we can do to solve this problem? Thank you in advance!
