Going by that screenshot, it looks like your payment method is not accepting the charge/the invoice has not been charged successfully and so your store has frozen (a store can freeze if there's been 3 or more failed payment attempts). Can you remember if there was an owed invoice from last month? I'd recommend using a different payment method or if you are using Paypal, make sure to have enough funds in the account for Novembers invoice.

In fact, this was my only owed bill and I no longer have any other bill to pay.
Even if i tried to use a different payment method i would not be able to do so as the status of my payed bill is "Paid".
