Can't see any data on "Overview dashboard"

Hi,

When I go to my Overview dashboard it is not displaying any data only the message "There was an error loading the data.".

This has been the case for a few days. I know it was working a while back but not sure when exactly it broke. Could it be that I broke something at my end or is this an issue with Shopify system?

I'm running a campaign and would like to see what impact it is having on traffic and sales.

Can anyone please advise on this? - it's 3 days later and my dashboard is still empty. I'm just using generic Shopify theme. I don't find anywhere that says this is something I must activate.
