Cannot forward email

Hi,

 

I just started Shopify and purchased a domain dacheverywhere.com with shopify. I tried to send an email to info@dacheverywhere.com but I cannot get the email forwarded to the specific email elected.

 

Please help!

If you can screenshot your current setup of your domain registrar's DNS records and where your email is hosted, I might be able to help.

thank you for your help. I registered the domain and email with shopify. Emails were generated automatically. I did not touch the DNS setting. Please find the screenshots below. Let me know what other info you need!

To confirm, you've also set up your email forwarding via shopify.
