I signed up for the 14-day free trial and it ended yesterday. When I visit the site it says the store is currently unavailable. How do I upgrade my plan now and gain access back to the site without losing all of the data and apps? I've been looking for support from Shopify but it seems non-existent. Please help!!
That’s great to hear you’re interested in continuing to build your online business! Once your trial has expired, you can choose a subscription plan and pick up where you left off by logging in to your admin as usual to be prompted with the plan choices. If you can’t remember your exact myshopify.com URL in order to login, it can be recovered from here. Let me know if you continue to have any difficulties with this.
