When a customer checks out the cart page is allowing them to enter only a first name. It doesn't require them to enter a last name. When we go to print labels in ShipStation we get an error code that a label can't be printed without a last name. This causes delays with shipping and requires contacting the customer for clarification, which in some cases has taken over a week when an email goes unanswered or ends up in their spam file.
Is there a way to require a customer to complete the NAME & LAST NAME fields when they checkout? Especially on International orders. We don't need one more reason for USPS to not deliver a package with everything that's going on with COVID delays. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
